Shipping policy

All orders of in stock items placed before 1pm ET will ship same day. Normal shipping times are between 3 to 5  business days. If you do not receive your order within that time period, please contact 1-888-467-1916 or with your order number for assistance.

For custom product orders, please expect longer lead times. For more detail, please contact us to share your custom project requirements to get a quote.

Alert Security Products offers the option to use third party billing, allowing customers to charge shipping to their own FedEx carrier account. This option is available to all customers, but in order to take advantage of this option a customer must provide their FedEx account information to our team in the shopping cart during the checkout process. A shipping option called "Use My Own FedEx Account" is available to all customers checking out and it appears to offer free shipping. This option should only be used by customers who have selected third party billing and provided us with their account information. By choosing this option in the cart and during checkout, you are acknowledging and agreeing that Alert Security Products will charge the shipping cost directly to your FedEx account using the information you provided. Any customers that select this shipping option for the purpose of obtaining free shipping without intending to provide a FedEx account for us to charge the shipping costs will be asked to pay for the appropriate shipping before the order can be fulfilled and shipped. Customers who refuse to follow this guidelines are subject to order cancellation.

Refund policy

ASP Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing security bags from Alert Security Products at operated by Primary Packaging Inc (“PPI”).

PPI offers its customers of Alert Security Products a refund or exchange for products which it judges to be defective in either materials or workmanship if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Products that are defective will be inspected by the customer and PPI to determine the extent of the defect.

Partially Defective Product:

For products that are partially defective, PPI will identify the number of defective products in the order and replace those defective products at no additional charge.

Completely Defective Product:

For products that are entirely defective, PPI will request that the full order be returned to PPI to be completely replaced at no charge or refunded. The new product will ship to the customer upon receipt of the old defective product and review of its contents.


For customers who order the incorrect size, color, or quantity, or an incorrect product, PPI will request the order be sent back to PPI and a new order with the correct product will be shipped to the customer as soon as the old product is received by PPI. If the customer prefers a refund, it will be granted upon receipt of the returned items. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise requested. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be charged to the customer upon initiating the return or exchange unless the return is a result of errors/issues related to materials or workmanship.
